At Gold's Gym Official Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your training gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached and include the provided packing slip.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
